We wanted to make sure that you knew how much we appreciated your efforts in making our recent travel such a success. Once we had decided on a small ship cruise along the Croatian coast, you just took it from there. Your suggestion of the Emerald Azzurra was perfect, as was your selection of the Imperial Hotel in Dubrovnik and the Marriott private resort off of Venice. You took care of all the details regarding flights, cruise and hotels. Arranging for mobile assist at de Gaulle and in Munich made a world of difference getting between terminals and it's something we probably wouldn't have thought of. And your recommendation of using Tours by Locals turned out to be exactly what we were looking for to experience the countryside and character of the area around Dubrovnik. The one time that we hit a medical snag and had to cancel a previously scheduled event, a simple text to you and it was taken care of.

I had the opportunity to extend a trip by a week, but when I checked the airline’s website, no possible return flight change options showed up. Mandy was able to quickly get online and rattle off three different options without a moment’s hesitation. Then she helped me call and talk to the airline agent to quickly make a suitable change for an extremely low cost.

My wife and I just concluded a 5-day Bahamas cruise out of Miami on the Norwegian Sky booked through Mandy. It was my first cruise in 30 years and my wife's first cruise ever. Travel agents rock. Why? This year, my group of 8 booked a cruise to celebrate 2 birthdays and an anniversary. Mandy worked with the Cruises’ Group Coordinator to set up a special lunch for our group, complete with a wonderful chocolate birthday cake. Another day, She arranged a special cocktail party with shrimp cocktail and Manhattans. At the end of the cruise, when a hurricane was bearing down on Boston where we were due to get off the ship, she was in regular communication with everyone to make sure we could all get home and even set up reservations at the airport hotel for some of our group.
